17 HRG Handmade Japanese 420 J2 Hunting Bowie Decorative Display Dagger- SR53. This beautiful dagger was 100% hand forged by SEO Knives. It was made for a product line known as "Huntsman Rogue Gear International". This awesome handmade knife is 17.0" long, with a 11.0" blade made of Japanese 420 J2 Stainless Steel. Japanese 420 J2 is a stainless steel high in Chromium. It is a very tough stainless steel, and has high corrosion and impact resistance. 420 J2 is easy to re-sharpen. This 420 J2 blade is 4.58MM thick, and was specially hardened to 55-57HRC. Japanese 420 J2 stainless steel makes a good steel for survival, tactical, bushcraft, camping, and hunting knives, where toughness and corrosion resistance is desired. The blade was professionally sharpened and polished, and has an extremely sharp and durable edge. The beautiful handle is made of rosewood and resin with brass and red fiber spacers, a large decorative brass and steel handguard and endcap. This is a brand new knife, and includes a custom handmade leather sheath.
