Custom Railroad Spike & Railroad Screw knives. Dark Angels Tactical creates unique, handcrafted railroad spike and railroad screw knives for hunting, survival, EDC, kitchen, combat, or display pieces, individually made to your specifications. Each piece combines the character of reclaimed railroad hardware with a custom-finished, one-of-a-kind design.

We also maintain a selection of pieces that have already been made for customers who prefer a faster turnaround. The pieces shown in the photographs are displayed without handles because the customization process allows you to select your preferred handle material, colors, and finish. We do our best to accommodate custom colors, designs, fits, and finishes.

Depending on your selection, we can create a variety of appearances, including. Custom colors and multi-color combinations. Hammered or unfinished appearance on the non-edge portions.

Bluing and other requested finishes. Every piece begins with a base configuration, with wood, wood/epoxy, or epoxy options available depending on the design. Please copy and paste the template below into your initial message or order notes and fill in your preferences.

We will review your selections and contact you if additional information or clarification is needed. Note: Blade and handle length are up to 5" each or 10" total in listed price. Handle color(s) - up to 2 included.

Names, initials, or other personalization. Wood or epoxy in up to two colors is included in the base customization. Other materials, intricate designs, personalization, and specialty requests may involve an additional charge. Serrated or double and any other additional costs will be discussed and approved before production begins.

Estimated lead time: approximately 3 weeks. Custom orders may require additional time during the holiday season or periods of high demand. Once we have your customization details, please message us so we can discuss the expected production timeframe for your specific piece. Because each item is individually handcrafted, no two pieces will be exactly alike. Variations in railroad hardware, metal texture, coloration, grain, epoxy patterns, and finishing are part of the character of a handmade piece.
