US MILITARY M3 TRENCH KNIFE W/ USM8 BMCO Sheath/Scabbard. 6.5" Blade, 11.5" Total. This is a WWII US-M3 Fighting Knife manufactured by Imperial.The knife comes with an M8-scabbard and is a must-have for militaria collectors. The knife was issued in the WW II (1939-45) conflict by the United States army. It is an original piece and great find for US Militaria enthusiasts. The knife is considered an original period item.
Blade is marked US M3 IMPERIAL, blade is good, appears to have been sharpened, but not ground, leather handle is black in color and very good, still intact, pommel has the ordinance bomb acceptance stamp barely readable. Scabbard is marked US M8 B. And has Victory Plastics manufacture stamp VPco. Bottom edge of tang is marked 1/6 B-N. The canvas belt hanger is intact and in good condition.
