The Blade measures 28.5 cm and is 5.4 mm thick. Each knife is hand ground on a water cooled stone and has a hardness is 57-58 on the Rockwell Scale. This exclusive hand-crafted Hog Beater Knife; or Pig Sticker as they call it Down Under, measures an impressive 42.5 cm overall and comes with a triple riveted Hardwood Handle with Metal Finger Guard and Lanyard Hole.

The knife carries in a top quality black Leather Belt Sheath with vertical Carry Belt Loop. Blade: Swedish High Carbon Steel. Blade Type: Toothpick, Straight Edge. Blade Thickness: 5.4 mm.
